KinkTix Terms of Submission for Event Coordinators
1. Accuracy and Reliability of Information:
As an Event Coordinator, you assert that all information provided in your event submission, including but not limited to dates, times, locations, and descriptions, is accurate, current, and complete. KinkTix disclaims all liability for any errors or inaccuracies in your event listings.
2. Compliance with Laws:
You must ensure that your events comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Events promoting hate, violence, or illegal activities are expressly prohibited. KinkTix reserves the right to reject or remove any events that contravene these standards.
3. Age Restrictions:
You are required to clearly define any age restrictions applicable to your event. You must ensure that all age restrictions comply with relevant laws governing adult content and age-specific attendance.
4. Non-Discrimination Policy:
Your events must not discriminate against any attendee based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, physical disability, or age, in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants.
5. Intellectual Property and Rights:
You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to host the event, use any associated images, music, or content, and that your event does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Safety and Conduct:
You agree to implement and maintain reasonable safety measures to protect all event participants and staff. You are also responsible for ensuring that all attendees adhere to the event’s rules and guidelines for conduct.
7. Cancellations and Refunds:
You must provide clear cancellation and refund policies to attendees prior to ticket purchases. KinkTix is not responsible for issuing refunds and will direct attendees to consult your event’s specific refund policy.
8. Promotional Permissions:
By submitting your event to KinkTix, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use the name, descriptions, and associated imagery of your event in our promotional materials and across social media platforms to enhance visibility and facilitate ticket sales.
9. Data Protection:
You commit to managing all attendee information and data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You must not disclose or misuse any personal information collected during the ticketing process without explicit consent.
10. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KinkTix and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, theft, intellectual property infringement, or contractual breaches.
Prohibition of Third-Party Ticket Sales
Resale and Transfer Restrictions:
Tickets purchased through KinkTix are intended solely for personal use by the purchaser and their invited guests. Resale of tickets through third-party platforms, unauthorized transfers, or any attempts to circumvent this policy are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by KinkTix.
Consequences of Violation:
Violations of this policy may result in the cancellation of the implicated tickets without refund, suspension of the involved accounts, and possible legal action. KinkTix reserves the right to undertake all necessary measures to prevent and penalize unauthorized ticket sales.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to this rule may be granted in specific circumstances (e.g., transferring ownership due to unavoidable situations). The ticket holder must directly contact KinkTix support for authorization and assistance in safely and legally transferring tickets within specified terms.
